Keyware appoints Pieter Geeraerts as new CEO
Brussels, Belgium – December 17, 2024 – Keyware (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW), a leading provider of electronic payment solutions and software development today announces the appointment of Pieter Geeraerts as its new Chief Executive Officer.
The Board of Directors has appointed Pieter Geeraerts as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2025. Pieter Geeraerts will succeed Guido Van der Schueren, who had assumed the role of interim CEO in addition to his position as Executive Chairman.
Pieter Geeraerts brings 25 years of experience in transforming organizations and driving growth in the technology, fintech and payments industry with previous roles as CEO at MobileXpense, CRO at Expensya and Sales Director Benelux for Worldline.
