Keyware reaches an agreement regarding the acquisition of payment solutions
This acquisition is part of the terminal park growth strategy. Brussels, Belgium – 6 January 2022 – Keyware Technologies (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW) announces that it has reached an agreement with Payment Solutions in the context of the acquisition of 100% of the shares (‘the Transaction’).
